Our Refund Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, we reserve the right to change this Refund Policy at any time.

Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.

Our Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

IN-APP PURCHASES

The Fitnol Application may include In-app Purchases that allow you to buy products, services or Subscriptions.

In-app Purchases can only be consumed within the Application. If you make a In-app Purchase, that In-app Purchase cannot be cancelled after you have initiated its download. In-app Purchases cannot be redeemed for cash or other consideration or otherwise transferred.

If any In-app Purchase is not successfully downloaded or does not work once it has been successfully downloaded, we will, after becoming aware of the fault or being notified to the fault by You, investigate the reason for the fault. We will act reasonably in deciding whether to provide You with a replacement In-app Purchase or issue You with a patch to repair the fault. In no event will We charge You to replace or repair the In-app Purchase. In the unlikely event that we are unable to replace or repair the relevant In-app Purchase or are unable to do so within a reasonable period of time and without significant inconvenience to You, We will authorize the Application Store to refund You an amount up to the cost of the relevant In-app Purchase. Alternatively, if You wish to request a refund, you may do so by contacting the Application Store directly.

If you have any payment related issues with In-app Purchases, then you need to contact the Application Store directly.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription may include automatic recurring payments for periodic charges. You authorize Fitnol to renew your subscription and to be charged periodically and progressively. The Subscription Billing Date” is the date when you purchase your first subscription. Your account will be charged automatically on the Subscription Billing Date all applicable fees for the next subscription period. The subscription will continue unless and until you cancel your subscription or we terminate it. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of the next periodic Subscription Fee to your account. We will bill the periodic Subscription Fee to the payment method you provide to us during registration.

The Subscriptions will automatically renew for an additional period, unless canceled before the Subscription start date. Cancelled Accounts will immediately lose access to paid features on the App.

The payments for Subscriptions are nonrefundable and there are no refund or credits for partially used periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have the benefits of your Fitnol subscriptions through the end of your current billing period.

COURSES

The courses will be available and activated to be downloaded once the payment has been made. The download of the courses is immediate. If you have problems accessing the functionalities, features and content available in the courses, contact us through the contact information.

We stand behind our digital products (courses) and your satisfaction with them is important to us. For whatever reason, if you could not download the course or if you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund (Some charges may apply).

Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion.

PERSONAL TRAINER OR NUTRITIONIST

Payments for the personal trainers and nutritionists’ services can only be refunded, if the services have not yet been provided or if there has been no communication between the personal trainer or nutritionist and the user.

DIGITAL ITEMS (badges, accessories, points, swords…)

Payments for digital products available on the application such as badges, accessories, points, swords, etc, cannot be refunded once they have been received or credited to the user’s account.

If any of these digital items have not been received or there has been an error in the purchase of these digital items, you may request a refund.

PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Once your refund has been confirmed, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method.
